MOT Booking – Terms & Conditions

By booking an MOT through our online system, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation
    All MOT bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS once successfully scheduled.

  2. Arrival Time
    Please arrive at the garage at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling and a loss of your booking fee.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    You must cancel or reschedule your MOT appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

    • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.

    • No-shows or missed appointments are also non-refundable.

  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  5. Vehicle Requirements
    It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle presented for MOT is roadworthy and legally compliant. We reserve the right to refuse testing on vehicles that pose a safety risk.

  6. MOT Re-Tests
    If your vehicle fails the MOT, re-test terms will follow current DVSA guidelines. Our team will explain your options at the time.
